TJL · Prepared for King Salman Energy Park

From the grid to the gate, a clearer view of every day.

Saudi deep tech for SPARK's utilities, logistics, safety and factories: models that forecast the workload and help each team decide.

October 2026

Who we are

We build tools for the people running the operation.

TJL is a Saudi deep-tech company working in three sectors: energy, mobility and defence. We build the algorithms and the hardware they run on, here in the Kingdom.

Our strength is the team behind the technology.

PhD-led expertise in electrical engineering, operations research, AI, control and embedded systems. We connect the data, build the model and test whether the recommendation helps on the ground.

SPARK in general

The wider job: help factories start, run and grow.

As the park fills, three jobs grow with it. Each is a place where a good model saves time and guesswork.

50 km²integrated industrial ecosystem
300+facilities at full maturity
10 Mtof cargo a year through the dry port at full operation

Logistics

Where a terminal loses time: waiting, holds and idle equipment.

As volumes grow, minutes slip away at the gate, in inspection, in the yard and at the loading bay. That is where better information pays off first.

Every terminal loses time somewhere different. We start where yours does.

Outbound logistics

Getting a shipment out takes more than a truck.

Before a truck leaves, the goods, the documents, the people, the equipment and the records all have to line up. A miss anywhere shows up as backlog and late trucks.

  1. 1

    Before loading

The right goods, quantity, condition and documents.

  2. 2

    During the shift

People, handling equipment, loading space and deadlines in balance.

  3. 3

    Before dispatch

Physical movements and warehouse records in step.

What to watch: loading backlog, truck turnaround and on-time dispatch.

We join warehouse status to transport planning, alongside the systems already in place.

What our algorithms can do

Predict the workload. Help the team choose the next step.

Four things our models do, in energy and in mobility. Pick one to see it work.

Our portfolio

Five tools, each for a question your teams already ask.

Each one starts small: one team and one job. Record today's result, try the change, then compare.

Qareen helps explain one facility. Utility Twin helps test the electrical network serving several.

FleetMind · fleet work

“The collection is held. What can this vehicle do instead?”

FleetMind brings fleet visibility, route intelligence and driving analytics. Here is how it helps a dispatcher when a job cannot start.

  1. 1

    A job cannot start

A truck is due, but the cargo has not been released.

  2. 2

    Check the next job

Cargo status, vehicle location, timing and suitability.

  3. 3

    Offer a revised plan

Suggest another ready collection. The dispatcher decides.

HIRZ · worker safety

“Does the supervisor know this worker needs attention?”

HIRZ connects wearable signals to a supervisor's warning and response screen, and records who followed up.

    RASAN · remote driving

“Can the driver do this from a safe distance?”

RASAN lets a person drive a vehicle remotely, through the steering wheel and pedals it already has. The driver stays out of harm's way; the vehicle moves exactly as they command.

    • DemonstratedRemote vehicle control over a radio link, up to 2 km, without internet. A person drives; the vehicle does not drive itself.
    • Fits the vehicle you haveA motor turns the steering wheel and actuators press the pedals. The airbag centre stays clear and the driver's seat stays free.
    • Where it fitsVehicle test programmes, such as crash, rollover and endurance tests, and demanding manoeuvres, with the operator outside the vehicle.

    Qareen · factory digital twin

A digital twin of the factory, machine by machine.

Qareen mirrors a plant's machines, lines and utilities, and simulates how each one runs and the energy it draws. When output stays the same but energy use changes, the twin shows why, and a change can be tried in the twin before it reaches the floor.

Where it fits at SPARK: energy-intensive tenant plants, where machines, schedules and energy cost are tied together.

    Utility Twin · network planning

“Can this part of the network take the next factory's load?”

Test a new connection on the model before it reaches the network.

    What we would need

The electrical network layout, equipment ratings, measured demand and the new tenant's expected load, to build and check the model.

    What the team could compare

Normal demand, peak demand and the proposed connection: where limits may be reached, and which options deserve engineering review.
